Walls Outer walls will be of 9”/ partition walls will be of 4.5” brickwork using country bricks or fly ash bricks, plastered on both sides and exterior wall will be painted with exterior emulsion paint and interior walls will be putty finished with emulsion paint.
Entrance Door Teak wood frame with Teak wood panel Doors with necessary lock and Brass Fittings.
Bedroom Door American Moulded Skin flush Door with country wood frame painted on both sides and fitted with 2 lever lock and necessary SS fittings.

Toilets Each toilet will have a shower area with overhead shower and wall mixer with provision for geyser and necessary power point.
Walls will be provided with concept tiles up to a height of 7’0 and Flooring will be done with Antiskid Ceramic tiles. All Tiles are builder’s choice.
Dining and Attached toilet will have 18” x 12” white wash basin with Pillar tap. Each toilet will have an Indian / European water closet with necessary cistern and one tap.
Balconies Flooring will be done with Antiskid Ceramic Tiles of our choice.
Car Parking Space for parking two cars one behind the other per Apartment will be allotted at stilt floor.
Terrace Will be provided with lime brick jelly weathering course and pressed tiles on top.
Common Areas Terrace area will have one light point and the Head room / Lift Machine Room / Gym room /Store Room in terrace will be provided with necessary plug point and one light point. All common areas will be provided with necessary light fittings.
