Toilets Each toilet will have a shower area with overhead shower and wall mixer with provision for geyser and necessary power point.
Walls will be provided with 8” x 12”concept tiles up to a height of 7’0 and Flooring will be done with Antiskid Ceramic tiles of size 8”x 8”.
Dining and Attached toilet will have 18” x 12” white wash basin with Pillar tap. Each toilet will have a Indian / European water closet with necessary cistern and one tap.
Balconies Flooring will be done with 12” x 12” Antiskid Ceramic Tiles.
Car Parking Two Covered Car Parks per Apartment will be allotted at stilt floor.
Lift One 4 Passenger Lift will be provided
Comman Areas Terrace area will have one light point and the Head room in terrace will be provided with one plug point and one light point. Gardening trench will be provided at possible locations.
